Terms & cancellations

You can pay in full online, pay a 30% deposit to hold your slot, or (for selected services) pay at the salon. Please arrive 10 minutes early; late arrivals may have a shortened service so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment from your account or by calling us. Inside 24 hours, or if you don't arrive, the deposit is kept. Bridal bookings have their own terms, shared at consultation.

Refunds for eligible cancellations go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

One offer code per booking. Codes can't be exchanged for cash, are valid until 11:59 PM IST on their end date, and may have a minimum spend or a maximum discount shown with the offer.

Points are earned once a visit is completed and paid. Points have no cash value and expire 12 months after your last visit. Your tier is based on lifetime points earned.

The seat reservation amount holds your place in a batch and is adjusted against the course fee. You may move to a later batch once, free of charge, up to 7 days before your start date. Reservation amounts are refundable if Miori cancels or reschedules a batch.
