When you book, register for the Academy, create an account or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your booking. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo from Google. We may keep notes about your preferences or allergies so our artists can look after you safely.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of each payment's amount, status and reference.

To confirm and manage appointments and course seats, send reminders and receipts, run Miori Rewards, and improve our services. We send marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Our website protects forms with Google reCAPTCHA, encrypts all traffic, limits staff access by role, and records changes to customer and payment data in an audit log.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that run our website and payments (such as Razorpay, Google and our hosting provider), or where the law requires it.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@miori.in. Signed-in guests can update their details from their account.
